New Students

New students and their families need to make an appointment to complete the enrollment packet necessary with the following staff members:

Please Bring the Following:

•     Student's Birth Certificate
•     Proof of Residency (example:  utility bill, rental agreement, etc.)
•     Proof of Guardianship/Custody (if applicable)
•     Current IEP (if applicable)
•     Transcripts from previous school (for high school enrollment)
